What wrist sizes do the bracelets fit ?

We have made sure that our bracelets fit all wrist and ankle sizes, which is why they are adjustable.

The pearl bracelets (Turtle, Polar Bear and Dolphins) are elastic and are perfectly suited for wrists from 14 to 20 cm.

The rope bracelets (Sharks and Whales) fit easily on wrists from 14 to 26 cm.

On request, it is possible to shorten or enlarge a bracelet.

Is it possible to adjust the bracelets ?

Yes, whether it is the elastic or the rope model, we have designed them to fit you.

What if the bracelets are too big / too small ?

Our bracelets fit 96% of wrists.

However, if you have received your bracelet and it does not fit:

- Too small: you can contact us for a return with this form.

- Too big: you can either cut the adjustable rope/elastic or pass it several times through the clasp (for rope bracelets).

Are the bracelets water resistant ?

YES, the majority of our bracelets are completely water resistant.

You can keep them under the shower, but we recommend avoiding sea water, shampoo, shower gel, perfume and hydroalcoholic gel for a longer life.

Exception:

- The following painted ceramic bead bracelets: Seaweed, Crystal Blue

- The following real stone bracelets: Onyx

What are the bracelets made of ?

Our commitments push us to always ensure conscious and sustainable sourcing, production or recycling.

The pearl bracelets (Turtle, Polar Bear and Dolphins) are all made with real natural stones, except for the Crystal Blue and Green Seaweed versions, which are made with painted natural ceramic beads.

The rope bracelets (Shark and Whale) are made of cotton rope, with pendants in aluminum alloy.

Where are the bracelets made ?

In 2025 it is possible to have an eco-responsible approach AND to work with China.

Yes, our bracelets are made, stored and shipped from China, and we have never hidden it.

We choose transparency over feel-good marketing. The truth is simple: China is the only place where we can produce our bracelets responsibly, sustainably, and at a fair price, for several key reasons:

1. Raw materials are sourced locally

100% of the components needed to make our bracelets come from short, local supply chains in China. Producing in Europe would require importing those materials, manufacturing, then exporting again — creating far more transportation and CO₂ emissions.

2. European production would actually be less eco-friendly

It sounds counterintuitive, but it is true. Shifting production to Europe would mean:

  • long-distance material imports,
  • multi-step logistics,
  • a higher carbon footprint.

A certified local production in China is more sustainable than a "Made in Europe" label built on international back-and-forth transport.

3. It keeps our price fair — and our impact high

European manufacturing would drastically increase costs. That would mean:

  • a much higher retail price,
  • cutting features like animal tracking and educational content,
  • and less money available for donations and conservation projects.

We refuse to compromise our mission for a cosmetic label.

4. We maintain strict quality and ethical standards

We only work with audited, certified workshops that meet strict criteria for:

  • employee working conditions,
  • material quality,
  • environmental commitments.

How much do you pay to associations ?

In total, more than 50% of the turnover generated is devoted to our actions, which include donations, sponsored missions and awareness campaigns on social media.

How does tracking/geolocation pages work ?

Our animal tracking (or Geolocation access) is based on information from animal tracking or movement studies of the various species represented. It is then processed and published manually by our operators to provide a fun and accessible experience at all times.

Thanks to this, we can offer you regularly updated content that is understandable at any age, and always provide a realistic, educational and virtually uninterrupted experience.

Why do several different people follow the same animal ?

You may have noticed that several people receive the same access to the same animal.

This is normal: the cost of setting up and maintaining an animal geolocation page cannot be covered by the margin of a single bracelet.

We propose many trackings to avoid the same person following the same animals, but it is possible that the same animal is followed by several people.

Why is my animal geolocation buggy or not working ?

Although we manually edit every piece of data offered on the animals' virtual geolocation pages, server errors may occur, making the visible information temporarily inaccessible or incorrect.

No need to worry! If you have a problem with your geolocation page, simply contact our customer service team here and we will deal with it as quickly as possible.

Why similar bracelets are sold on Chinese websites ?

Our Tracking Wristbands are not fully patented yet, and their simple design is inspired by models that are already popular so as to suit most people.

Our bracelets are unique and meet our own high standards of quality.

Our added value lies in the support of the associations and in the animal geolocation experience that no other brand provides.

So NO, the bracelets on the Chinese sites are not the same and do not participate in any way in the cause we defend.
