Return & Refund Policy
Article 1 - Returns
Our returns policy runs for 14 days and covers the exchange of the returned product only. If 14 days have gone by since your order arrived, we are unfortunately unable to offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It also needs to be in its original packaging.
To process a return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; instead, get in touch with us for the correct return address for your parcel.
Article 2 - Exchanges (if any)
We do not process refund requests. The only options are to exchange the returned product or to credit the value of the returned item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm that it has arrived. We will also let you know whether your exchange request has been approved or declined.
Article 3 - Exchanges (if any)
An order that is already in progress cannot be cancelled, and an item that is currently being delivered cannot be refunded.
Article 4 - Promotional products (if any)
Only items sold at their current price are eligible for exchange. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.
Article 5 - Damaged items (if any)
We only replace an item when it is faulty or damaged. If you would like a replacement of the same item, please reach out to our customer service through our contact page.
Article 6 - No delivery possible
Delivery of our products to the customer's home is only possible when the address has been entered correctly and the name given at the time of the order matches the name on the mailbox. In addition, the home must have an accessible mailbox large enough to hold a 30X20X10 cm parcel.
Delivery to a relay point or post box is treated as not possible.
Any failure to follow these rules leaves the customer and the private delivery service, which operates independently of our company, solely responsible in the event of loss or delivery issues.
Our company cannot be held responsible in any way for a delivery failure caused by incorrect information provided at the time of the order.
Article 7 - Shipping
To return a product, please contact our customer service through our contact page.
You are responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you are located, the time needed to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item worth more than £50, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Article 8 - Shipping - Subscription Terms for our Magazine
Our Magazine is offered only through a seasonal subscription. A new issue is released and billed every 3 months.
The first issue is free when you use the automatic promotional discount or enter the dedicated magazine code at checkout.
Every issue includes a $10 donation credit at no additional cost, letting the subscriber support one of our partner charities. A unique code printed inside the magazine lets the reader decide where the donation goes.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time. There is no commitment and no minimum duration.
To request a cancellation, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and full name.
However, once an issue has been printed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, since the donation tied to it has already been processed and is non-reversible.
