SECTION 1 - Payment Processors

Depending on your currency and country, ClubOcean provides a range of secure payment processor options.

SECTION 2 - CHANGES IN SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right, at any moment, to modify or discontinue the Service (and any part or content of the Service) without notice and at any time.

We shall not be held liable to you or to any third party for any change in price, or for any suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY

Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 working days from the shipment date. This timeframe is indicative and reflects the typical average, but it may vary depending on the time of year and on local factors related to each customer's address.

Unless stated otherwise on the Site during the ordering process or in the description of the ordered Products, CLUB OCEAN commits in all cases to deliver the Products within a maximum of thirty (30) days after the contract is concluded with a Consumer Client.

Any delivery delay compared with the date or time indicated to the Consumer Client at the time of ordering or, where no date or time was given when ordering, exceeding thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract, may lead to cancellation of the sale at the Consumer Client's initiative. This requires a written request from the Consumer Client sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, provided that, after having required the Seller to carry out the delivery, the Seller has failed to do so. The Consumer Customer will then be refunded the full amount paid, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was cancelled. This clause does not apply where the delivery delay is caused by a case of force majeure.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to decline any order you place with us. At our sole discretion, we may reduce or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment card, and/or orders sharing the same billing and/or shipping address. If we modify or cancel an order, we may try to reach you using the email and/or billing address or phone number provided when the order was placed. We also reserve the right to restrict or refuse orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by merchants, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account details for every order placed in our store. You agree to keep your account and other information up to date, including your email address, card numbers, and expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and reach you when needed.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING - SUBSCRIPTION TERMS FOR CLUBOCEAN MAGAZINE

ClubOcean Magazine is available only through a seasonal subscription. A new issue is released and billed every 3 months.

The first magazine is free when you use the automatic promotional discount or the code FREEMAG at checkout.

Each magazine comes with a $10 donation credit at no extra cost, letting the subscriber support one of our partner charities. A unique code inside the magazine lets the reader choose where to direct the donation.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time. There is no commitment or minimum duration.
To request cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and full name.

However, once a magazine has been printed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, since the donation linked to it has already been processed and is non-reversible.
